Confirm that the voltage coming out of the Control Box is 5V. Temperature Probe Testing Using an Ohm (Ω) meter, measure the resistance on the following wires: For 2-wire probes (Figure 1): White to White: _____________ Measurement should be between: Compressor 270 Ω and 680 Ω / Hydraulic: 1.2 kΩ and 2.5 kΩ at the time of failure. Figure 1 For 4-wire probes (Figure 2): White to Red: ________________ White to Green: _________________ Black to Red: ________________ Black to Green: _________________ All 4 measurements should be between 270Ω and 680Ω at the time of failure. White to Black and Red to Green should be 0 ohms. Figure 2
