This information is required for warranty, trouble shooting as well as ordering parts. Figure1 Figure 2 Underhood Our installation manual requests that the System ID be located on “the top of the cross member in front of the OEM air filter box.” (Figure 3) Due to differences in vehicle design, the radiator cross member may not be accessible to mount the System ID plate (Such as some Dodge and International truck models). In these instances VMAC suggests mounting the System ID to the fender or firewall. (Figure 4) Figure 4 RAPTAIR60 The System ID on the RAPTAIR60 models D600003 / D600004 can be found beside the Coolant Jug (Figure 5). On the D600001 / D600002 it is found on the bottom frame below the Control Box (Figure 6). Figure 7 RAPTAIR G30 (Gas Drive) The Serial Number on the RAPTAIR G30 (Gas Drive) can be found on the top of the drive-belt guard.
