These RPO Codes are referenced for some GM applications in the VMAC Application List https://www.vmacair.com/dealers/application-lists/underhood-dtm-systems/ As of the 2018 Model Year the RPO Code information has been moved to the Certification Label, affixed to the driver side B pillar (Figure 1). The certification label now includes a QR Code. By using a QR Code scanner (readily available as an app for most smartphones), the following information will display: • VIN • Model Year • Model • Build Month • Year • Engineering Book • Vehicle Order Number • 3 Digit RPO Codes, sorted alpha-numerically • Paint WA Code Figure 1 If the VMAC Application shows specific RPO code requirements for system, scan the QR code and reference the resulting list of RPO codes to confirm the vehicle meets VMAC’s requirements for installation.
